REGISTRATION FEE
- $700 (on or before March 31, 2012)
- $750 (on or after April 1, 2012)
The Registration Fee includes three games for each team (plus playoff and championship games for teams that advance after pool play), officials' fees (certified officials) and awards for the Shootout champions/finalists (20 per team).
REGISTRATION DEADLINE – May 4, 2012
- It is anticipated the Shootout will fill up quickly; it has filled up the last 8 years well in advance of the registration deadline. Coaches and Directors are encouraged to secure their slots at the earliest opportunity.
- Registrations are taken on first come first serve basis. Registration is not complete until the tournament fee is paid in full (teams are also required to ensure all online Player/Participant Registrations/Waivers are completed on a timely basis or they risk losing their slot to teams on the wait list.)
- Registrations are subject to the level of interest in any given bracket; popular and over-subscribed brackets will be accommodated if another bracket is under-subscribed.
COACHES / PROGRAM DIRECTORS: The Player/Participant registration/waiver process is web enabled. Individual Player/Participant registrations/waivers will need to be completed no later than May 25, 2012. Coaches and/or Program Directors are responsible to ensure all parents and/or guardians of Participants complete and submit registrations and waivers by the deadline; they are encouraged to complete and submit them by the team registration deadline to help secure the team's spot in the event.
Tournament T-Shirts will be made available in advance on a discounted basis to registered teams (Note: T-shirt orders must be placed by the team's coach and cannot be placed on an individual basis).
