The graphic shown above is the 2007 Liberty Lacrosse Shootout Theme, which was featured on over 2,750 T-Shirts that were distributed to participants. The T-Shirts with the "Rocky" theme prominently advertised the name of our 2007 Title Sponsor and the logos of other key sponsors.
The Liberty Lacrosse Shootout and, its companion tournament, The Patriot Games, are premier lacrosse tournament experiences, involving over 5,000 player, coaches, parents and fans from all over the Mid-Atlantic region.
Each tournament has its own "Vendor Village" and "Fun Zone," which allows our participants to have direct access to food, beverages, snacks, games, vendors and sponsors.
Games and Tournament activity at each event are focused around the Vendor Village and Fun Zone areas.
We situate our vendors and sponsors in these central areas to provide each with visibility, frontage and direct access to potential customers. For sponsors who want additional exposure, we can post signs or placards in the vicinity of the playing fields, team tents areas and other spots around the relevant venue.
Opportunities for promotion and marketing exposure extend beyond the actual tournaments. We can put your logos, banners, marketing materials and hyperlinks on our various web sites, which experience significant activity, particularly in the months and weeks leading up to the Tournaments. We can also put your name of our Tournament T-Shirts, which are sold and/or distributed to thousands of players and fans.
As our events grow to multiple sites and our portfolio of tournaments expands, we will give our vendors and sponsors rights of first opportunity to get involved with our new endeavors. Please consider getting involved on the ground floor as a sponsor of our Tournaments and the great game of lacrosse – the fastest growing sport in the country.

Vendor Opportunities

This is to invite you to participate as a vendor at the Liberty Lacrosse Shootout – one of the most popular and festive youth lacrosse tournaments on the finest collection of fields in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Over 100 teams are expected to participate in the event, which typically draws from the Greater Philadelphia region, Mid-Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Maryland. The Shootout is conveniently situated within a few hours drive from several lacrosse hotbeds, permitting day trips. The event has been fully subscribed since 2004, the year of the Tournament's inception.
The Liberty Lacrosse Shootout venue is exceptional and sets the Shootout apart from other youth lacrosse tournaments. The Tournament is staged at the Greater Chester Valley Soccer Association’s Line Road Field Complex in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The Line Road Complex includes eight (8) sprinklered and perfectly-pitched fields. The scenic site is immediately adjacent to protected land in historic Willistown Township, Chester County. Team tents and coolers abound along the perimeter of the property.
Vendor Village and the Shootout Fun Zone are physically located in the heart of the Line Road Field complex, along with Tournament headquarters. Thousands of players, coaches, parents and fans circulate through this area, some of which is tented. Food, equipment and other vendors are encouraged to establish themselves in Vendor village – an ideal place to display and sell sticks, equipment, shirts, shorts, hats, artwork, paraphernalia, supplies and other types of merchandise. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide payment at least 20 days before the Tournament
- Provide all tents, tables, chairs and power, as needed
- Vendor shall provide a certificate of insurance with limits of $1M per occurrence and $2M annual aggregate naming Liberty Lacrosse, LLC as an additional insured.
