General Information
Welcome to the 9th Annual Liberty Lacrosse Shootout - a competitive youth lacrosse tournament for boys and girls in a fun and festive atmosphere that celebrates lacrosse, camaraderie and sportsmanship.
Over 100 teams and 2500 youth players are expected to participate in what has become one of the most popular day tournaments in the Mid-Atlantic region, drawing teams from, among other places, Greater Philadelphia, Mid-Penn, Lehigh Valley, New Jersey, Maryland, New York and Connecticut.
The Shootout features a "Vendor Village/Fun Zone" conveniently located in the heart of the field complex, where participants and guests will find food, beverages, clinics and entertainment.
- Where: GCVSA Line Road Field Complex, Malvern, PA (consists of eight (8) level, sprinklered and beautifully groomed playing fields located in scenic and historic Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania). If numbers or other constraints require, some brackets may be scheduled on quality fields at West Chester East High School (at least for pool play). The West Chester East campus is 3 miles from the host venue.

Note: US Lacrosse guidelines with respect to age groups, not grades, control (teams with age appropriate 5th and 7th graders may play in the U11 and U13 divisions, respectively, though these instances, in our experience, are the exception, not the rule), and we rely on coaches and program directors to Honor the Game in choosing their brackets to ensure a competitive event for all concerned.Age Group

- $700 (on or before March 31, 2012)
- $750 (on or after April 1, 2012)
- Registration Deadline - May 4, 2012 (you are strongly encouraged to register for the Shootout early, space is limited, the tournament has been over-subscribed the last 8 years and it is anticipated the event will fill up quickly).
- Register Online: Team and player registration is web-enabled.
- Rosters/Releases: All teams must have their players complete the online player registration/waiver by May 25, 2012. If Rosters and Releases are not received by the deadline, the registration will be deemed incomplete and the team may forfeit its place in the tournament to a team on the waiting list and will also forfeit its registration fee. Coaches, please only register a team if you are certain your players will be available to participate, cancellations after the deadline are disruptive, adversely affect tournament scheduling and may negatively impact the canceling team’s/program’s option to play in future tournaments.
- Tournament T-Shirts: T-shirts with this year's theme will be made available at a discounted rate if pre-ordered by teams on a timely basis; we are working on the theme and design (please see online T-shirt order form at the appropriate time, we will send notices out to the teams that have registered to apprise them).
